Managing the warts to reduce worry

Worrying has become a chronic phenomena today. Most people are apprehensive about things that still have not arisen. Due to the worry that they have, they almost stop living their lives, and spend most of the time thinking about problems, which either they have, or which they think will come in the near future.

This is more to do with the fact that people do not realize that problems are a part and parcel of life. Before you actually hit the spot, I do not see any reason to worry about things. I believe that do take minimal precautions, but act on problems only when they arise. Do not loose sleep over trifles as they will keep happening.

This is what I call managing the warts. Warts are a reason to worry about. The bigger they are, the more the reason to worry as they can disfigure things completely. A little sunburn can always be tolerated or be dealt with.

While you manage, things can go awry at times, and there cannot be a way to manage things so that they are perfect. This is too much to ask for, and puts a lot of pressure on you, and also on others. Only when you see that “warts” are developing, it is time to take action. Just remove the big warts and carry on. Do not worry, as I said, about small sunburns. Sunburns, anyway can be healed with a little effort, or they can be left as they are.

How do you define warts? Warts, as they naturally mean, that they have grown and have made a place somewhere. They are very clearly visible, and they immediately draw attention. They have become a recurrent, pervasive pattern, and they are not a one time phenomenon. By all means they need to be tackled. If they are left, either things are disfigured, or they may even grow further.

This principle can be applied anywhere, even when managing your kid is concerned, or managing household,  an organization, or managing a state or a country. Always keep a watch for the warts, and never let one slip through as they may disfigure things completely. Be observant as I said, and develop and eye for warts, as it is the warts that may cause maximum trouble, not the sunburns.
